What's the Best Bread?

I’m looking for a brand of bread I can buy at the store that is the healthiest. I hear I should stay away from gluten and any form of sugar. Anything else I should look out for? What kind of bread do you buy?

  2. Laura Roeder answered: It’s nearly impossible to find a bread without sugar, just look for one without high-fructose corn syrup
